Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Note: If an item is out of stock or requires special handling, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if this applies.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (within the U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (within the U.S.)
- Next-Day Shipping: For orders placed before 12:00 PM EST

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are based on the item weight, selected method, and delivery location. These are displayed during checkout.
Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50 within the contiguous U.k. Orders under $50 incur standard rates.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United Kingdom , United State and Australia. International shipping outside of these countries is not available at this time.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
